ARTICULO 11. Control. - La Superintendencia Bancaria ejercerá las funciones de vigilancia y control de acuerdo con las disposiciones legales vigentes sobre la materia. La Contraloría General de la República llevará a cabo la vigilancia de la gestión fiscal del Fondo Financiero de Proyectos de Desarrollo -FONADE- de conformidad con las normas vigentes.
