ARTICULO 34. Régimen de Transición.- Los presupuestos aprobados para CORELCA, establecimiento público, serán ejecutados por CORELCA, empresa industrial y comercial del Estado. A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, la empresa industrial y comercial del Estado CORELCA asumirá todos los derechos y obligaciones del establecimiento público CORELCA.
