Para el cobro de los impuestos nacionales por jurisdicción coactiva, presta mérito ejecutivo, la certificación sobre existencia del monto de la deuda exigible que expida el Administrador o Recaudador de Impuestos Nacionales, o una copia de la liquidación exigible de los impuestos, expedida por la respectiva oficina liquidadora.
