º. La Corporación Nacional de Servicios Públicos, creada por Decreto número 2956 de 1955, tendrá por objeto principal realizar los programas del Gobierno en lo relativo a aprovechamiento de aguas, fomento eléctrico, vivienda, alcantarillados y acueductos municipales. El Comité Nacional de Planeación asesorará al Ministerio de Fomento en el estudio y adopción de dichos programas.
