La Unidad Administrativa Especial de Desarrollo Territorial del Departamento Nacional de Planeación comunicará a los resguardos, a más tardar el veintiocho (28) de febrero de cada año, la estimación de los valores que corresponderán a cada uno de ellos por concepto de su participación en los ingresos corrientes de la Nación. La misma información será enviada a los departamentos, en el evento previsto en el artículo 2º del Decreto 1809 de 1993 y municipios que, de conformidad con la Ley, deban administrar dicha participación.
