º. Para la selección de los cargos destinados al Servicio Odontológico Obligatorio, conforme al artículo anterior se tendrá en cuenta, además del límite de población previsto en el artículo 5º de la Ley, los siguientes factores: 1º Carencia y necesidad justificable del Servicio Odontológico. 2º Necesidad incrementar este servicio. 3º Recursos locativos y de dotación suficientes. 4º Financiación adecuada. 5º Posibilidades de supervisión.
