El Gobernador O Intendente A Quien Incumba El Conocimiento Del Asunto, En Vista De La Correspondiente Solicitud Y Si Hallare Satisfactorios Los Comprobantes Que Se Le Presente, Dictará La Resolución De Que Trata El Numeral 2º Del Artículo 2º De La Ley 32 De 1922

º El Gobernador o Intendente a quien incumba el conocimiento del asunto, en vista de la correspondiente solicitud y si hallare satisfactorios los comprobantes que se le presente, dictará la resolución de que trata el numeral 2º del artículo 2º de la Ley 32 de 1922. En dicha resolución se dejará constancia expresa de los hechos que la motivan, de las comprobaciones presentadas, de la cuantía de la fianza y de la forma como ella se constituyó.

Parágrafo

Las resoluciones que se dicten, ya sea concediendo o negando la solicitud, serán sometidas a la revisión del Ministerio de Agricultura y Comercio, para lo cual se remitirán con sus correspondientes antecedentes.
