Lista de electores. El Jefe del Área de Recursos Humanos o quien haga sus veces publicará, durante los dos (2) días anteriores a la fecha de las elecciones, la lista general de los electores con indicación del documento de identidad y del número y ubicación de la mesa en la que les corresponderá votar. Los jurados de votación sufragarán en la mesa en donde ejerzan su función.

Parágrafo

El voto será secreto y el derecho a elegir no podrá ser objeto de delegación ni el elector podrá hacerse representar para sufragar. (Decreto 4446 de 2006, artículo 11)
