º . Para efecto de la imposición de las sanciones contempladas en los artículo 7º y 8º del presente decreto, una vez allegado el informe por parte de cualquier autoridad de transporte, de tránsito o de policía que tenga conocimiento de la suspensión o alteración en la prestación del servicio público del transporte de carga, el Ministerio de Transporte dará aplicación al procedimiento previsto en el artículo octavo del decreto 157 de enero 15 de 1990.
