Cuando el proyecto de fallo no fuere aprobado, el magistrado sustanciador podrá solicitar al Presidente de la Corte que designe a otro para que lo elabore. Cuando el criterio de un magistrado disidente hubiere sido acogido, el Presidente de la Corte podrá asignarle la elaboración del proyecto de fallo.
