Articulo 2°. (Derogado) Decreto N°. 2610 de 1979.

Parágrafo

La actividad de enajenación de inmuebles a que se refiere el presente artículo se entiende desarrollada cuando las unidades habitacionales proyectadas o autorizadas por las autoridades metropolitanas, distritales o municipales, sean cinco (5) o más.
