ARTICULO 2.4.2.2.8 .- CONSIGNACION DE CAUCIONES. Cuando en un proceso penal, de conformidad con las correspondientes disposiciones legales debe hacerse efectiva una caución prendaria por incumplimiento de las obligaciones impuestas, el funcionario dispondrá que su valor sea entregado al Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio de Justicia, en las oficinas del Banco Popular y en los lugares donde no exista éste, en las oficinas de la Caja Agraria y comunicará esa orden a la entidad en la cual se halle depositada la caución para que ésta proceda a cumplirla dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes.
