Art. 29. Para los efectos del artículo 7º de la Ley, la Junta resolverá discrecionalmente en cada caso, cuando se consideran crecidos bienes de fortuna los que dejó el militar, teniendo en cuenta el rango y educación de la viuda e hijos y el número de éstos.
