Comprobación de situaciones para goce de pensión. Los beneficiarios de los Oficiales o Suboficiales en goce de asignación de retiro o pensión deberán demostrar ante la entidad pagadora, que no han incurrido en las causales de extinción previstas en el artículo 174 del Decreto 1212 de 1990. Este requisito se entenderá cumplido con declaración anual juramentada, rendida ante juez competente o notario.
