º De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 43 del Decreto 3803 de 1982, cuando las entidades sin ánimo de lucro no presenten la declaración simplificada o lo hagan en forma extemporánea, se les impondrá una sanción equivalente al medio por ciento (0.5%) de sus ingresos brutos. Esta sanción será aplicada por el Administrador de Impuestos Nacionales mediante resolución motivada y contra ella procederá únicamente recurso de reposición.
