Art. 2.º Facúltase al Poder Ejecutivo para fijar los precios de estas mismas clases de sal en los Almacenes de Bucaramanga, Buenaventura, Cali, Honda Puerto Berrío, Tumaco y en los demás que se establezcan en la República, tan pronto como se conozca el valor de los fletes de transporte de la sal y á medida que se despejen las vías de comunicación.
