°. Ámbito de aplicación. El presente Decreto se aplica a los integrantes del Sistema Nacional de Gestión del Riesgo de Desastres e instancias de dirección, orientación y coordinación que hacen parte del Sistema Nacional de Gestión del Riesgo de Desastres, contempladas en los artículos 8°, 9° y 15 de la Ley 1523 de 2012.
