Artículo diez y nueve. Según el puntaje obtenido y los datos del cuadro respectivo, la Corte Suprema de Justicia hará el nombramiento de los Magistrados de Tribunales de Distrito Judicial, de acuerdo con las siguientes reglas

a)

Si el aspirante hubiere manifestado su deseo de ser designado Magistrado en determinada Sala de un Tribunal Superior, la Corte lo designará en ella;

b)

Si ello no fuere posible por haberse revisto los cargos con candidatos mejor calificados, será designado en otro Tribunal del respectivo Departamento donde hubiere cargos vacantes;

c)

Si el candidato no hubiere manifestado su deseo de pertenecer a determinado Tribunal, la Corte lo designará para cualquiera de los Tribunales de los Departamentos con respecto a los cuales reúne los requisitos constitucionales, donde hubiere lazas vacantes.
