Valor. La Bonificación por Servicios Prestados a que tienen derecho los empleados públicos docentes de las universidades estatales u oficiales es equivalente al cincuenta por ciento (50%) de la remuneración mensual en tiempo completo, cuando ésta no sea superior a setecientos cincuenta y seis mil cuatrocientos once pesos ($756.411.00). Para los demás empleados públicos docentes, la Bonificación por Servicios Prestados es equivalente al treinta y cinco por ciento (35%) de la remuneración mensual en tiempo completo.
