Art. 62. Los defraudadores perderán todas las caballerías, vasijas, carruajes, embarcaciones y todo vehículo ó efecto que se les aprehendiere con el contrabando, y estos efectos pasarán á ser propiedad del rematador ó del Gobierno, según estuviere la Renta rematada ó por administración. A los terceros que se digan dueños de los vehículos ó efectos expresados les quedará á salvo su derecho para repetir contra sus autores, cómplices y encubridores del delito, caso de que no les fuere imputable participación alguna en la comisión de éste.
