ARTICULO 44

Para toda notificación que deba hacerse a personas que no sean los agentes, consejeros o abogados, la Corte se dirigirá directamente al Gobierno del estado en cuyo territorio deba diligenciarse.

Se seguirá el mismo procedimiento cuando se trate de obtener pruebas en el lugar de los hechos.
