Articulo 39. Desconcentración de los registros . En los casos previstos en el artículo 38 del Decreto 222 de 1983, los funcionarios que ejerzan la correspondiente delegación, utilizarán los registros de proponentes que más se acomoden a la naturaleza del contrato que se trata de celebrar y de los cuales dispongan las entidades públicas departamentales, intendenciales o comisariales.
