º Para efectos de conservar el valor constante de los ahorros de los suscriptores del Título de Ahorro Educativo T.A.E., frente al incremento del costo de matrícula, el T.A.E. se expresará en términos de Unidad de Matrícula Constante UMAC, y se reajustará periódicamente de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 5º del presente Decreto.
