º Campo de aplicación . La leche que se produzca, transporte, procese, envase, comercialice o consuma en el territorio nacional deberá someterse a las reglamentaciones del presente decreto y a las disposiciones complementarias que en desarrollo del mismo o con fundamento en la Ley, dicte el Ministerio de Salud.
