En el primer día de las sesiones ordinarias del mes de noviembre, el Alcalde presentará al Concejo el presupuesto de rentas y gastos para la vigencia próxima. El acuerdo correspondiente deberá ser expedido por el Concejo Municipal durante las sesiones de noviembre de cada año, incluido el período de prórroga.
