El artículo 230 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, quedará así: Artículo 230. Suministro de calzado. Todo patrono que habitualmente ocupe uno (1) o más trabajadores permanentes, debe suministrar cada seis (6) meses, los días treinta (30) de junio y veinte (20) de diciembre, en forma gratuita, un (1) par de zapatos de cuero o caucho, a todo trabajador cuya remuneración sea inferior a ciento veintiún pesos ($121.00) mensuales. Tienen derecho a esta prestación el trabajador que en cada periodo semestral haya cumplido más de tres meses al servicio del patrono.
