Articulo 1º Los contratos administrativos de prestación de servicios que las instituciones oficiales de educación superior celebren para la vinculación de docentes de cátedra, se regulan por las disposiciones de excepción contenidas en el artículo 98 del Decreto extraordinario 80 de 1980 y en el presente Decreto, con prescindencia del Decreto extraordinario ,150 de 1976.
