El incumplimiento de las obligaciones establecidas en este Decreto y de las demás disposiciones complementarias, darán lugar a la aplicación, por parte del Ministerio de Comunicaciones de las sanciones previstas en el artículo 158 del Decreto-ley 1355 de 1970 y en el artículo 32 del Decreto 1156 de 1988.
