Comisión de estudios. La Dirección General de la Policía Nacional podrá destinar en comisión de estudios en institutos a los de la Policía Nacional a los Agentes en servicio activo, preferencialmente a aquellos que habiendo adquirido incapacidades físicas para la vida policial sean aprovechados para continuar en servicio.
