Los productos cárnicos procesados que Se elaboren, empaquen, transporten, comercialicen o consuman en el territorio nacional, deberán someterse a las disposiciones del presente Decreto y a las complementarias que en desarrollo del mismo o con fundamento en la ley dicte el Ministerio de Salud y en especial a las normas del Decreto 2333 de 1982 en lo pertinente.
