Artículo segundo. Con base en el nuevo recurso fiscal de que trata el punto anterior, ábrese el siguiente crédito adicional extraordinario al Presupuesto de Gastos vigente: MINISTERIO DE GOBIERNO Capítulo 3º Al artículo 28-A. Para dar cumplimiento al Decreto legislativo número 595 de 1951 (marzo 13) sobre damnificados por disturbios en distintos lugares del país y refugiados en los Municipios de Villavicencio y Sogamoso, a razón de $ 20.000.00, por cada una de estas ciudades $ 40.000.00
