Art. 235. Admitida una tercería si las demás partes manifiestan dentro de cuarenta y ocho horas después de la notificación con la pretensión del opositor, se procederá a dictar sentencia previa citación si fuere unión la tercería, pero si ya hubiere otra u otras, la nuevamente introducida se acumulará a ellas y seguirá en curso de estas.
