º . La comisión por el otorgamiento de la garantía será fijada de conformidad con lo establecido en el literal b), numeral 2 del artículo 318 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, teniendo en cuenta, entre otros criterios, el valor en riesgo y los costos y gastos de administración de la garantía. El Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras, Fogafín podrá establecer la información y documentación que requiera como condición para solicitar el acceso a la garantía y verificar el comportamiento de las emisiones.
