Declárense de utilidad pública los libros e índices de propiedad de los Registradores y empleados de Registro. El Gobierno, por medio de la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro procederá a la adquisición de ellos, en cuanto fueren necesarios para la formación de los nuevos archivos y la adecuada prestación del servicio.
