El Gobernador dictara las providencias necesarias y eficaces a fin de que en tiempo oportuno se entreguen a las comisiones repartidoras, sin lugar a oposiciones o resistencias de ninguna clase, los títulos de los resguardos y demás documentos pertinentes, ya se hallen en poder de los indígenas, ya en el de otras personas. En cuanto fuere necesario, el Gobernador hará uso de los apremios hasta lograr el objeto.
