Tarifas. El Jefe del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística, por medio de resoluciones, fijará las tarifas de los servicios resonados en el artículo 19 del Decreto extraordinario 3167 de 1968. cuya prestación no se hará convenido mediante contrato, teniendo en cuenta los costos correspondientes a mano ele obra, equipo y mantenimiento, así como la distribución proporcional de los gastos indirectos, más un porcentaje hasta del 10% de los costos totales para administración y capitalización del Fondo.
