La Biblioteca Nacional llevará en adelante la denominación "Biblioteca Nacional Alberto Lleras Camargo", y al frente de su sede, la Nación levantará un busto al insigne republicano el cual será encargado a un escultor colombiano, con base en concurso de méritos que abrirá el Instituto Colombiano de Cultura para tal efecto.
