º El presente Acuerdo deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, rige a partir de la fecha de su expedición y produce efectos fiscales desde el 1º de noviembre de 1973 para las personas que estando al servicio de la Escuela en dicha fecha sean incorporadas en la nueva planta y para los demás a partir de la fecha de posesión. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
