REGIMEN APLICABLE A LOS SERVIDORES PUBLICOS. De conformidad con el artículo 273 de la Ley 100 de 1993, el Gobierno Nacional, sujetándose a los objetivos, criterios y contenido que se expresan en el presente Estatuto y en particular a lo establecido en los artículos 11 y 36 de la Ley 100 de 1993, podrán incorporar, respetando los derechos adquiridos, a los servidores públicos, aún a los congresistas, al Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud.
