Diploma. Deberá ser elaborado en papel pergamino o cartulina blanca, con las suficientes dimensiones: 35 cm de largo por 25 cm de ancho; en su cara principal al lado superior derecho el diseño de la joya y en el lado superior izquierdo el escudo de la Fuerza Aérea Colombiana; en el centro la siguiente leyenda: “En reconocimiento a los méritos y excepcionales servicios prestados en beneficio a la Acción Integral de la Fuerza Aérea Colombiana”.
