Ley 70 de 1946 · Por la cual se organiza, fomenta y desarrolla el turismo nacional

Ninguna entidad o ciudadano particular podrán anunciar públicamente o explotar mercantilmente, con fines o pretexto de turismo, sin previo permiso del Departamento Nacional de Turismo, lugares, objetos o construcciones declarados con función educativa y turística.

El Departamento Nacional de Turismo, al conceder el permiso, podrá gravar hasta con un treinta por ciento (30%) del producido, a favor del Fondo Nacional de Turismo, la explotación comercial de tales bienes con fin turístico. También podrá contratar con sus dueños concesiones especiales para asumir su administración e incorporarlos a sus planes generales.
