º. Régimen Jurídico. Las entidades a que se refiere el artículo anterior, para el ejercicio de la función de protección de sus funcionarios y exfuncionarios, se regirán por las normas especiales de contratación previstas para el Fondo que con el presente decreto se suprime, en especial las contempladas en el artículo 13 del Decreto 2161 de 1992.
