Artículo único. Auxiliase con cinco mil pesos, tomados de los fondos públicos, la construcción de la Capilla dedicada á San José, Patrono Universal de la Iglesia, que se está edificando en esta capital.

En el Presupuesto de Gastos de la próxima vigencia se considerará Incluida la partida correspondiente.
