º El Decreto 750 de 1987, artículo 3º, quedará así: "Los Magistrados del Tribunal Especial de Instrucción deberán acreditar las mismas calidades que la Constitución Política exige para los Magistrados de la Corte Suprema de Justicia. Tendrán el mismo régimen salarial y prestacional de éstos y se posesionarán ante el Presidente de la República. Para el nombramiento y permanencia de estos Magistrados en sus cargos, no se tendrá en cuenta la edad de retiro forzoso".
