Art. 2.° Los Jueces de circuito de lo civil, o los que bajo algun otro título desempeñen el mismo destino en los Estados, ejercerán, en su caso, las funciones que atribuye el artículo 9.° de la lei 16, a parte 3. a tratado 2.° de la Recopilacion Granadina a los auditores o asesores militares, de conformidad con lo prevenido en el artículo 9.° de la lei de 24 de mayo de 1849 (lei 13, parte 1. a tratado 2.° Apéndice).
