Artículo Sexto. El Director General del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, Inpec, podrá adicionalmente asignar prima de alta seguridad sin carácter salarial hasta de un ciento por ciento (100%) del ingreso total mensual, al personal de que trata el artículo 1o. del presente Decreto destinado a los pabellones de alta seguridad.
