ARTICULO 43 . Adecuación de la Estructura Interna de la Planta de Personal. - La Junta Directiva del Instituto procederá a determinar las modificaciones a la estructura interna y a la planta de personal, que sean necesarias de acuerdo con lo previsto en el presente decreto, dentro del año siguiente a la vigencia del mismo. La planta de personal que se adopte, la cual será global, entrará a regir para todos los efectos legales y fiscales a partir de la publicación del correspondiente decreto.
