LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2°. Establecer un arancel del 10% ad valórem, más 3 dólares de los Estados Unidos de América por kilogramo bruto, a las importaciones de productos clasificados en los capítulos 61 y 62 del Arancel de Aduanas Nacional, cuando el precio FOB declarado sea superior a 20 dólares de los Estados Unidos de América por kilogramo bruto.
