Cuando lleguen los carros o wagones a los almacenes de la Aduana situados en la estación Montoya, se examinarán por el Guarda-almacén sus cerraduras 1 sellos, para ver si han sido violados; i si se notare alguna novedad se pondrá en conocimiento del Administrador, quien procederá del modo que espreea el artículo 45 del presente decreto.
