Art. 9°. El aumento de sueldos de que trata el 2°. del Art. 19 de la Ley 11, sobre asignaciones de algunos empleados nacionales, se pagara en la siguiente forma, a juicio del Gobierno; 50 por 100 del 1o. de mayo en adelante y 50 por 100 del 1°. de septiembre en adelante.
